The off-the-leash dog exercise makes up most of the park area and is fully fenced. There is agility equipment for the dogs to train with and a water fountain, as well as plenty of open space. Dogs must be on a leash unless in the signed area. No dogs are allowed in the playground area. For the active adults, there are outdoor fitness stations located along a set path. Parking (on-street) is available along Scenic Avenue. NOTE: There are no toilet facilities at Scenic Park.
